Second time my boys have had their hair cut by CJ now, one is curly one is straight but both cuts are excellent! Even as the boys’ hair grows it still maintains a good style. CJ is an artist with the scissors, it’s rare to see these days, most people are clipper happy! Many thanks!!

Pete - Senior Barber & Owner

Meet Pete – an experienced barber and joint partner at Regime Barbers. After completing his apprenticeship in Andover in 2005, Pete quickly progressed to become an assistant manager in the industry. His passion for management led to his appointment as a manager of a chain of barbershops across Hampshire and Wiltshire in 2006.

Pete joined forces with fellow Regime Barbers Jim and Kim in 2012, where he continued to excel as a barber and take an active role in the business. In 2017, he became a joint partner of Regime Barbers, bringing his years of experience and enthusiasm to the table.

In his free time, Pete is a fan of Portsmouth FC and enjoys playing golf on the weekends.

Jim - Senior Barber & Owner

Meet Jim, an experienced barber with a passion for the industry! Jim began his career in Manchester before taking his skills to Australia and Europe. After moving to Winchester, he spent six years as a manager before becoming a joint partner at Regime Barbers in 2017.

With years of experience under his belt, Jim is an expert in both classic and contemporary hairstyles. His attention to detail and dedication to his craft will leave you feeling confident and looking sharp.

When he's not in the shop, Jim enjoys supporting Manchester United and has a soft spot for Oasis. Feel free to strike up a conversation during your appointment – he's always up for a chat!

Kim - Senior Barber

Introducing Kim – a talented barber with a wealth of experience in the industry. Kim began her career in 2000, as an apprentice at a world-renowned salon, and quickly worked her way up the ranks to become a senior style director. In 2005, she joined a thriving barbershop in Winchester, where she perfected her barbering skills.

Over the years, Kim has developed a passion for management, which led her to serve as an assistant manager in 2013, and eventually a manager in 2015. In 2017, Kim became a partner at Regime Barbers, where she continues to deliver exceptional grooming services to our clients.

When she's not focused on work, Kim loves to indulge in getting her nails done, and knows a thing or two about rugby and football! Strike up a conversation with her during your appointment – she's always happy to chat about her interests.

Sam - Senior Barber

Sam began his barber training at a popular barbershop in Winchester, while also providing haircuts to family and neighbours from home shortly after graduating from college. He went on to gain his Level 2 Certificate in Barbering and, in 2023, became a valued member of our team at Regime.

With a strong passion for fashion, music, and social media, Sam is always tapped into the latest trends both in and out of the barbershop. He enjoys creating content, tracking new haircut styles, and drawing inspiration from influencers, artists, and modern culture. This keeps his work fresh, current, and perfectly tailored to each client’s style. His creative eye and attention to detail ensure every client leaves looking sharp and feeling confident.

Sam is also a proud Saints fan!

Mirza - Senior Barber

Meet Mirza, one of our highly skilled barbers! Mirza began his barbering journey as an apprentice in Turkey and later completed his training in the UK in 2008. Since then, he has honed his craft by mastering various techniques and working in busy shops across Basingstoke, Alton, Andover, and Newbury.

Mirza is also an accomplished entrepreneur, having owned a successful barbershop in Hazelmere that's still thriving today. However, to enjoy a less stressful life, Mirza decided to join our team at Regime Barbers in January 2019.

When he's not busy at work, Mirza enjoys supporting Arsenal FC, and he's always happy to chat with fellow fans about the team's fortunes. Whether you're after a classic or new look, Mirza has a keen eye for detail and will ensure your needs are met.

Will - Senior Barber

Will dedicated a year to intensive training, determined to master the craft and be ready for any cut that came his way. After qualifying, he honed his skills in a busy barbershop, gaining valuable experience and perfecting his technique. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for his work, Will ensures every client leaves looking and feeling their best.

Outside the shop, Will enjoys skating, diving into anime, and discovering new music. His creativity and energy shine through in everything he does—both in and out of the barber’s chair.

CJ - Senior Barber

CJ became a household name in Winchester during his time at Regime. After travelling the Philippines & working with award-winning barbers, and spending time in the United States, CJ is back at Regime ready to provide an even better service with his new experience.

Outside the shop, he’s into gym, music, skateboarding and fashion.
